Stronger Communities Programme
If your organisation has a project that needs doing, but your budget won't allow it, then apply for a Stronger Communities Programme grant!
How much? The grant can pay up to $20,000, and is designed to contribute up to 50% of a project cost.
Who can apply? Eligible organisations: Not-for-profits, clubs, local government agencies or bodies, trustees on behalf of a property trust with responsibility for community assets. The organisation must have a current ABN, or ACNC.
Criteria? The project must improve local community participation, and contribute to the promotion of vibrant and viable communities.
How to apply? Email my office on john.alexander.mp@aph.gov.au with the following information:
- Organisation Name
- ABN
- Whether an incorporated not-for-profit or local governing body
- Project description (50 words or less)
- Total project cost (Estimate only – a quote is not required at this stage)
